I want to give a huge woo-hoo to the fabulous customer service provided to me when I signed up for a new unit. The young woman went over and above to help me. I’m sorry that I cannot remember her name (Debbie?) but t was in Elkins Park, PA this weekend. I will be sure to recommend this business. Five stars/5.

I have been a customer for 10 years which speaks to how I view this company and facility. The building is safe and clean. I appreciate the safeguards in place when entering and exiting the building. The staff has always been very professional and very pleasant.
I was looking for a storage place and I found EZ storage! The best I will recommend it to my friends and family the people working there are fantastic I went to the one close to Cheltenham pa the guy there his name is David
I went today to EZ storage and David explained everything and the place is immaculate and very clean he even told me I also have access to the moving truck for free these people really are the best 100 per cent if you need storage EZ STORAGE is the place to go they are located at 36 E. Both representatives were both very friendly and helpful. When we found out that the size locker we were hoping to reserve was not available, they found us another option.
Chris was great with the lease/check-in process. Did it right over the phone since we weren’t able to come in, but wanted to move in on a Sunday. Super easy, friendly, and even sent us a map of our unit, so we’d know where we were going! Glad to be back!
