Great at answering the phone and addressing questions. Attentive people working the front desk. Very secure storage unit with lots of security system steps in place!

The customer service was absolutely spectacular! I am convinced it cannot be done any better than what we experienced with Ms. Natasha the Resident manager at the Elkins Park .location. It was very clean and they run a very professional operation. The terms of the lease were explained very well and Al questions were immediately answered!!

Good so far I just rented a storage so I’m not there long enough to see how everything turns out when it’s time to pay if it’s just a whole catch to rope me in then raised the price sky high.
