The people at this facility are truly amazing. Starting with Judy & ending with Chris. They made my move in easier. Definitely would highly recommend the Elkins Park E-Z Storage. Beautiful & clean.
I would highly recommend this facility. Judy was a pleasure to deal with & made my reservation/lease over the phone. I was very familiar with the facility as I watched it go up from the beginning.
Judy in the office made my reservation over the phone easy & complete. Monday 8/21/17. She was wonderful to deal with. I'll be moving & storing my belongings at the EP facility.
The rep who assisted me in acquiring our storage space was Judy. She was very helpful, courteous and professional. It took a very short time to take care of the necessary paperwork and I was ready to start filling our space. The facility is very clean, climate controlled and the fact that you can drive in out of the weather to load/unload is an extra bonus.
Entire building is very clean & well lit. The free use of the handtrucks were a nice surprise. Customer service at check in was excellent.
EZ Storage is convenient and safe and I really like that it's temperature controlled.
The on site management team is very accommodating and the location is very convenient.
The staff is always friendly, it is safe, secure, and very clean. I like being able to be inside of the building to drop off or pick my items. Really great place for storage!
Your folks in Elkins Park are very kind and professional, My experience with them over the past 4 years has been very positive and they have always been accommodating to us.
