Maintenance is good, helps with what we need at parkland point and i enjoy the granite countertops in kitchen. like the distance from here to parkland school with sidewalks and property is clean and up to date

Parkland Point is definitely the place to be for students attending Parkland. Awesome management. Super prompt and friendly maintenance team. The complex always feels safe, too.
