This clinic injured my cat severly by means of a thoughtless accident.After being groomed my cat was brought out to me in his carrier, the carrier was placed on a counter top approximately 4 ft. high, the carrier was imbalanced and fell from the counter with a huge crash, landing end side up. The staff at Grapevine Family Pet Clinic pulled a bait and switch on my wife and I!! We found the clinic in the low cost ads on Craigslist. My wife took our sick dog into the clinic first thing on 4/19/14 for the "FREE" vet exam... when my wife arrives the staff informs her that their is NO free exam that day! I will be looking for a new vet clinic to attend. We drop off our cat here for grooming because it's convenient and close to home. I've been using this clinic for 6 years now and the past year has become more difficult.
