The service has completely gone downhill at this clinic. First, the tech appeared nervous around my dog when he first greeted him. His body language showed that he was not comfortable, even though my dog was not acting aggressive or scared in any way. Then, the tech told me that my dog would do better away from me during the tests and exam because he would be less nervous and not trying to protect me (though there had been NO history in which this was found to be true. Poor service at the front desk. I confirmed my pet appointment over the weekend. When I get in there, the rude receptionist gave me a mad look and told me my husband cancelled the appointment this morning. I asked who did he talk to and what his name and he couldn't give me any name nor telephone number. I am sure she made her mistake over booked and simply make excuses to deny her fault. I had an appointment to take my 2 yorkies in for their regular yearly exam. I had to wait about 45 minutes. The tech that took us back just pulled one because he was afraid and wouldn't walk. The vet we saw was new, he was just filling in. When we left I was picking up what of food also. I said I am going to need some help. I got no response. I said it again. In November, 2017, We brought our dog Buster in for test as he wasn't feeling well. Dr. Elizabeth couldn't find anything wrong. We had Buster there for several days. All we heard was his blood work looked normal. Three days later he died of Pancreatitis. He was diagnosed by an emergency vet clinic off 183 the day he passed - we waited too long to take him somewhere else. February 2018 we just found a new pup, Snickers. I hate that I have to leave this review, because everyone there is so nice... but I have taken my cat multiple times and spent hundreds of dollars and she's not better. The cost of medication is 3 times what it costs online. I've been given medications that she really didn't need. So now I still have to take her to a diff vet and pay to see if someone else can help her:(

I don't even want to give this place a 1 star rating! Was there on Friday to have 4 kittens and a momma cat spayed and neutered. One of the kittens suffered brain damage while in their care. RIP sweet boy. I understand sometimes it is health related. This was NOT the case. They were negligent and omitted information about his case and allowed this brain damaged kitten to be taken to an emergency hospital at a cost of $2300 when they knew all along this kitten would not make it. Horrible experience! I recently moved to the area and was looking for a vet close by. I made an appointment a week in advance to have my two small dogs vaccinated. I asked my previous vet to fax over the records which they did promptly. On the day of my appointment I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being called back and told that they hadn't received the vet records. I have been using this place for more than 12 years , sadly I am no longer confident in their abilities nor am I a satisfied customer.. this is the only veterinarian that my two cats have ever known and even continue to go there for more than eight years after I moved away.. sadly I'll be finding a new place that I can hopefully trust

I've never written a review but had such a negative experience I felt obligated to share. I brought my sick chihuahua as a walk in at 4:45pm - the clinic closed at 6pm. He was very sick & I explained the situation to the receptionist who told me a vet was there and have a seat they'd be with us. Well the receptionist came back & said the vet would not see me!
