I moved to Grapevine from SC and needed a new vet for my dog, Bentley. He had some type of seizure which was new for him and me. Reviews helped me make the decision to take him to Family Pet Clinic and I was very happy with that decision. Dr. Hoglund and his tech, Whitney was so kind and took the time to thoroughly explain things and make wonderful "at home" suggestions which showed me they are not all about making money but providing excellent care for pet and owner. Great Experience! Prices are right and our little boy came back from surgery in great shape! Very friendly staff
I waited way too long to bring my little dog in for his teeth cleaning! They were able to make an appointment for him within a week, talked about all the costs up front, and didn't make me feel like I HAD to pay for things that I didn't want to. Just the basics and they were very understanding about my budget. They did an amazing job on his teeth. They went from jet black to sparkly white and his breath no longer smells like a sewer. Friendly staff and well priced compared to the other vets near by.
We have to say that they are Great here. From the pet care to customer service through everything. They have even helped us bring the pets to the car. They know us by name and our pet's names as well. We've had a couple surgeries for two of our pets and our pets are all doing Great now. I would recommend them for multiple factors and their prices are reasonable too. Plus they have half-price visits on Wednesdays. Most pet clinics are not like them. Excellent veterinary services at a reasonable price! The vets are excellent and really care about your pet. They have excellent follow-up and work to ease your worries as the day goes by. I definitely recommend this vet to all!
I have nothing but good things to say about this vet. Staff are very friendly and will let you know what is happening before and after surgery. The vets are very good have such a Great manner and I truly believe they are taking the best care of your animal. Defiantly be recommending this vet to family and friend.keep you the good work
Was happy with the staff and the concern they expressed for my sick kitten. They explained everything to me very well and how they were going to help him but I am very unhappy that they trimmed his claws without asking me first. He can no longer climb on our bed by himself because his is still small and can't jump that high. Some were also trimmed a little too short which put him in pain even though he was already very sick. He isn't sick anymore but seems depressed now because of his claws and will be until they grow back. ... read more
