I paid $400 + for the vet to examine my dog for allergies. He prescribed medication. After two weeks and finishing the medication, there has been no improvement. I called and was told that I'd have to pay for another office visit ($75) plus medication (that part's understandable). I don't think it's fair to charge me another office visit when the first visit (2 weeks ago) was completely unsuccessful!

Normally this is our family clinic that we'd go to but it shocked me to find out that when my cat was dying and having a hard time it was a Thursday they could not see me until a Monday that if I'm shocking so this is not a good review because they lost a good customer.

Personally the JOB itself was great, i enjoyed coming to work everyday. That is until I met my trainer. Let's start off with her, at first she was training me first couple of days I felt like i was actually learning, then after the first 4 she stopped training me, started to be rude, acted annoyed with me and tried to avoid helping me as much as possible, had the nerve to tell me to give a dog vaccines which she never trained me in and i refused because i could have hurt the dog. Been a long time customer and was treated with disregard when I called early on a Saturday morning to have my dog checked for an ear infection. He's been in pain overnight and has had ear infections before. Was told by the receptionist that they could not see him, even though they have advertised in the past that walk-in's were welcome on a Saturday. I adopted my dog through a rescue organization late June and signed a contract to get all her vaccinations and her spay done at this vet. Naturally, I searched up this location and was concerned with the most recent reviews as they weren't that positive. While the staff was nice and left me with no cause for worry that changed when I took her to get her stitches removed 11 days after her spay surgery. After I left the review about them ripping off our granddaughter and their alleged collapsed trachea, they responded with some BS story. Would never recommend them to anyone

If I could give 0 stars I would. I worked there for 2 and a half days before I got sent into a panic attack because of the staff. The lead technician was completely rude to me, customers,vets,other technicians, and the hospital manager. The hospital manager told me to my face before I left to go to the doctor "don't worry about her. Just brush it off. She does this to everyone including me." I've used this clinic since I've gotten my dog. He went to this clinic when he was in the adoption center so I continued. I recently switched to a new vet and realized how bad family pet clinic is. They are way too pushy, I am a medical professional and the things they wanted me to buy were just ridiculous. All they wanted me to do was buy all the medications and diagnostics they were offering. Vets are expensive and thankfully I have medical knowledge or else I woulda left few hundreds deep.
