We originally found Family Pet Clinic of Grapevine when our dog became very ill. After explaining our situation to the front desk attendant, she made sure we were seen right away. Dr. Gibbs was thorough, honest and empathetic. Unfortunately we had to put our dog down, but due to our interactions with the staff during that stressful time and their handling of the situation, we decided this was the place for us should we wish to adopt again. The dental work on my dog was great. However, the three stars are because I was quoted 200 for dental cleaning and was told it would be about 125.00 more because the. Rates went up. However, they honored the original price because the price was set at the time I made the appointment and was written on his chart.

I can't say THANK YOU enough! The vet and his staff were extremely helpful during two recent visits to the clinic with a deaf and blind, 16+ year old terrier. She underwent dental surgery last week and is home again, eating well and doing great! The initial consultation, prognosis, pre-surgical planning, day of surgery events, and follow-up were refreshingly professional and supportive in delivery. This vet LOVES dogs!! Thanks again, FPC of G, for truly earning a 5-Star review!!

I have been looking for a new vet due to the fact that my normal vet passed away and the people who took over seem to be after one thing, my money. I have a very good friend who recommended Family Pet Clinic and I am most grateful. I was treated very well, staff was very friendly and helpful. I got in very fast and was very satisfied with the care and concern I received for my pet. I had a very bad experience at an exclusive feline hospital and unexpectedly had to take my kitten somewhere else. I live in Grapevine and had seen Family Pet Clinic while visiting the business next door to them. So, I drove straight to them and they took care of my kitten and addressed all my concerns even though I showed up without an appointment. Dr. Gibbs and his staff are top notch. Thanks so very much. I'm very pleased to have found this veterinary practice. The staff is conscientious and genuinely cares about my pet's health. I appreciated the follow up that I received after the procedure as well. Equally important, this clinic takes a very practical approach to treating its clients and avoiding any unnecessary charges.

Dr. Jed Ford is one of the most kindest, smartest human beings I have met. He is truly what it is to be a veterinarian! He spends his own time and money on strays and injured wild animals who obviously, he is not getting paid for. He is one of the only people in business who is not just out to make a buck! I am a fan of the pricing. The Vet was outstanding...........Spent a lot of time with me and my dog. Place is clean, the decor is outdated but last time I checked my dog did not have a problem with it. That not so updated decor keeps my wallet safe
