The only thing I am not understanding why is money being taking from a settlement if it was charged to your own personal insurance and the doc is stating they have not even sent a bill to Farah and Farah very confusion situation... And the quote the doc gave me is definitely lower than what's deducted from the actual settlement..

They kept more than half the money and it took over 2 years ... but they was nice guys.

I got hurt on the job and they got in contact with me twice never heard from them in months but claimed that they were taking my case and working on it smh... I still don't know who is over my case and it has been since September.... Worst experience ever and now I am getting ready to be released back to full duty work... And still might lose my car and everything because I had been on the job light duty for three months without pay and the lawyers did nothing....

Shame,shame for taking advantage of a young man with mental deficits, who has a difficult time managing a simple thing. You have cost home a lot of money and time by not settling his case. The saddest thing is that Dakotas Smack isn't even aware of the circumstances.

They take your case and you don't hear from them send you to a doctor who want see you because he can't verify your insurance cal and call what a horrible bunch chuck and Eddie you are full of yourselfs how do you sleep at night I quests you have so much money you can remember karma is a mutherfuc er

Just received my final statement. Extremely disappointed in the amount of time it took and that they received 4 times the amount that i did. I'm the one with back problems for the rest of my life.
