Don't waste your time! All they care about is you or your insurance paying them for nothing.
It took them so long to get us in and seen just for a Work physical. Very disappointed
Staff unfriendly and will keep you waiting forever. More interested in their social lives and what they have going than the sick clients coming in. Went to the Algood location a couple weeks ago and waited for two hours to be seen. Eventually had to leave to go all the way to the Livingston location and they took care of me ASAP. If I need to go back from now on will make the drive to Livingston instead of going five minutes down the road to Algood location.
RecommendedWent in for a case of pink eye. From the time I walked in till I left a pleasant experience.....My RX was sent to the pharmacy and it was ready when I got there about 20 min later. Elapsed time from start to finish....1hr....I guess Fast Pace is truth in advertising....
I would suggest this place to NO one. They will do more harm than good all the time.
If this was Monday night they would have been getting a whole different review. Monday night we rushed to get to fast pace at 710 pm my 2 year old son had busted his chin open and needed stitches. He was scared and I was trying to be brave for him. The staff that night was Amazing. The man that did his stitches that night was wonderful thoughtful and so pleasant. Nothing more than a first aid kit. If you are actually sick, go to a real doctor. Not a place that only cares about getting you in and out ASAP. Places like this should be illegal.
I recently went to Fast Pace in Algood and was charged $178.00 for a an office visit. Was in exam room for 3 min. Was written a script and left. When I inquired about office visit cost was told $85.00. The difference was that I had Medicare. So will be contacting the appropriate authoritys.
I went in with a 101 fever and was given allergy medicine and told it was allergies (which I don’t have allergies). It’s been two weeks and I have went to a different doctor and was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection.
