A 2 hour wait after the appointment time. Full waiting room. Thought the patients were going to brawl like gladiators everytime the door opened. Really appreciated the nurse practitioner, but won’t be back under these conditions.

One I saw the nurse practitioner everything was good. She was knowledgeable and very pleasant. However the lady working the front desk was very rude. A lot of us were having trouble logging in with our phones and we asked if we could sign in on paper. She allowed us to but was rude. She took too long entering it in the computer; I feel she did that on purpose. I was there 1/15/23

Waited 2 hours to have a covid test done(rapid test) was told the test takes 15 min and they would be back in just a sec. Waited another hour in the room with no one checking on me while I’m running 100+ temp. Had to walk out and get their attention twice to finally be told I don’t have covid. Finally just left. Complete waste of time and $180
I get bronchitis this time of year when I am sick my blood pressure goes up I am under Dr care & b meds I explained that to the practitioner she wanted to rush me toER She said I had pneumonia I went there cause it is convenient and fast for antibiotics so I went to my Dr & blood pressure was elevated but not dangerously high no pneumonia just bronchitis like I explained I think they watch too many Dr shows & don’t listen to the patients this is twice it has happened in past year I guess I’ll just Go to my Dr who knows me

Had to wait 2.5 hours. The doctor didn’t listen to what I said. I spent 150 for nothing!
