The wait was unbearable and the Doctor diagnosed me without discussing my X-ray, as well as telling me it was too much of a hassle to go through with getting a MRI.

I came in a little before 6 on Friday 3-24 because I felt like I either had bronchitis or possibly the flu. The receptionist said they couldn’t take anymore walk ins because they were already full and closed at 8. I thought that was weird that they turned away a walk in. So she scheduled me for the next day at 1:30. I arrived about 10-15 minutes early and had checked in on my phone so I told them my name at the desk I had and she said ok we got you just have a seat. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I had to wait longer even when I already completed the online form before hand. It’s supposed to be FAST pace. That’s the reason why I gave 3 stars.

I came in Sunday originally and waited two hours and left without being seen. Everyone else that was seen had a reservation or an emergency. So I tried to make reservation yesterday and hit a snag on the sign in. So I drove over and a lovely nurse helped me and told me I should come back at 5…. Which I got there at 4:45x I ended up still waiting over an hour. This clinic is super busy… always. I know the staff were doing the best they could but I saw the squeaky wheel gets the grease here. I made an appointment and didn’t get seen for an hour after my appointment time. I realize that drop in or stop in patients happen, but those who make pre scheduled appointments should be seen at that planned time and those who just drop in should be squeezed in around those with scheduled times.

I made an appointment for 11:16am and I did not get to go see the doctor until three hours later. I kept getting messages saying I was next, however, three people went in before me. After I got the first message that I was next I still had to wait 45 minutes. Once I got in the doctor was great and very helpful, but there is no way I should’ve had to wait that long in the waiting room. And if you guys were that backed up you should’ve told me so I did not have to waste my whole day and I could’ve gone somewhere else. Thanks
