I waited in the waiting room for over an hour and when I finally got into a room had to wait another 20 ish minutes for someone to come in. And I was only seen for 2-3 minutes max

Well I have been there twice within 4 months and it was great. They were able to tell me that I had pneumonia and was good care. I returned 4 months later and I visited there Sunday the 10th and the dr was rude. She had a mask and stuff on and I had to tell her that I was hearing impaired and depended on reading lips and I think she was rude about it. She went on with her routine and said I’m giving you an antibotics and have a good day. She also could not tell me if I had possibly pneumonia again she said she didn’t know.... read more

Had serious wrist injury. No X-ray available. Sent me to cookeville urgent care. Said they had X-ray and would call them to say I was coming. Guess what. No call and urgent care dosent have X-ray either. Waste of time and no help either place.
We didn’t get called back until over an half and hour past our appointment time.
Had a very nice counsel from my FNP. She was very kind and willing to listen and answer questions I had about my concerns.

Will never ever come here again. Waited 2 hours yesterday to pee in a cup for a pre-employment drug screen. They told me to come back the next day and the wait would be way less since they were short staffed yesterday and it’s just a nurses visit. Been waiting an hour and a half now. Only one person is doing the pre-employment drug screens. Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait this long. A dozen people have gone in front of me that were not pre-registered.
Wait was short, The attention I received was pleasantly given as was the feedback. Very good. Overall impression.

If you’re not workman’s comp, they don’t care about you and your health. You could be dying, but they will take in workman’s comp and drug test before you because it pays them more. This is not a place to go for healthcare.
I was taken back in a timely manner. All staff were courteous & helpful. The physician explained everything & prescribed medication.
