Kate, at front desk, receptionist really was very helpful and seemed to be a compassionate individual and helped me as I was signing the documents due to me, injuring my hand I didn’t have availability to my dominant hand. The nurse Josh was incredibly friendly and a good listener and use correct precautionary measures regarding whether I was supposed to have stitches to my finger due to an injury and he chose the right inclination for my case. I arrived prior to my appointment time and used kiosk to sign in. I was taken back soon after. The entire team was warm and welcoming. Eager to assist in anyway during my appt. The team also knew how my VA urgent care visit was processed and re-verified all my info. I was very impressed with the knowledgeable team members that made my appointment a success. All of the staff were very polite and informative. The Dr. was top notch professional. I came in so stressed out bcuz of a skin condition that I have on my face. I left w feeling confident with a good ck up and prescription’s that I would feel better within a few days.
