Ridiculously slow!!! I waited an hour and 20 min (after registering) until an NP came in the room and there were two people in front of me. I am a physician myself and know exactly how primary care clinics work so I understand running behind but this was just inefficiency. And the lady at the front desk was not friendly at all.
I got diagnosed with the flu and was told my symptoms may last 3-5 days. After the 3rd day I’m still running a fever so I call to see if I can get my excuse note extended. They told me if I wanted a longer excuse note I had to come in for another appointment. This place is only concerned with making more money.
Nursing staff was unfriendly, provider was decent but didn’t seem like she knew much about babies.
Waited forever for doctor to be in the room for less than 2 minutes.
I was put in a room in about 15minutes. When the doctor came in to put stitches in my knee he seemed a little irritated about having to be there. He didn’t have the supplies he needed in the room and had to go out several times to get things and calling out for people to bring him supplies like numbing medicine syringe etc. I felt like he was in a hurry. It was a okay experience.
The whole experience was great other than the receptionist! The front desk receptionist is not a people person and just blunt and rude! I came in and as I do everything and say hi how are you, she does not greet back. Just came across as rude as she didn’t want to be there! She is the first person you see when you walk in and it made me want to leave. I stayed and the of the employees were great. Staff was efficient and helpful. NP was rude, condescending, and his exam took 10 seconds. In that time, he managed to check both my ears, and my throat. I went in with severe vertigo. After he checked me he leaned on the counter, crossed his arms, and said, “Well, what do you want me to do for you?” I told him I wanted him to fix the vertigo. He proceeded to say, “I can’t do that.
