Staff was efficient and helpful. NP was rude, condescending, and his exam took 10 seconds. In that time, he managed to check both my ears, and my throat. I went in with severe vertigo. After he checked me he leaned on the counter, crossed his arms, and said, “Well, what do you want me to do for you?” I told him I wanted him to fix the vertigo. He proceeded to say, “I can’t do that. I understand there is a lot of sickness going around, but the service was very very slow. We had a walk in appt at 2:15, we waited over 2 hours past that time. The staff was friendly.
