Was concerned for me and listened and prescribed ointment I needed . The physician asst cared.
Overall I had as pleasant experience. The lady who you speak with to sign in was very friendly and helpful! I had a little bit of a wait time once I got called back to a room, but I think there was only one doctor and one nurse. So it is to be expected. I will gladly come back again! Overall I think I would give it a 10 out of 10!! The Doctor was super friendly and helped me find out I did indeed have streptococcus and gave me a prescription for antibiotics and I’m already feeling much better than I was! Ridiculously slow!!! I waited an hour and 20 min (after registering) until an NP came in the room and there were two people in front of me. I am a physician myself and know exactly how primary care clinics work so I understand running behind but this was just inefficiency. And the lady at the front desk was not friendly at all.
I got diagnosed with the flu and was told my symptoms may last 3-5 days. After the 3rd day I’m still running a fever so I call to see if I can get my excuse note extended. They told me if I wanted a longer excuse note I had to come in for another appointment. This place is only concerned with making more money.
Nursing staff was unfriendly, provider was decent but didn’t seem like she knew much about babies.
Waited forever for doctor to be in the room for less than 2 minutes.
I was put in a room in about 15minutes. When the doctor came in to put stitches in my knee he seemed a little irritated about having to be there. He didn’t have the supplies he needed in the room and had to go out several times to get things and calling out for people to bring him supplies like numbing medicine syringe etc. I felt like he was in a hurry.
