It was a okay experience.
The whole experience was great other than the receptionist! The front desk receptionist is not a people person and just blunt and rude! I came in and as I do everything and say hi how are you, she does not greet back. Just came across as rude as she didn’t want to be there! She is the first person you see when you walk in and it made me want to leave. I stayed and the of the employees were great. Staff was efficient and helpful. NP was rude, condescending, and his exam took 10 seconds. In that time, he managed to check both my ears, and my throat. I went in with severe vertigo. After he checked me he leaned on the counter, crossed his arms, and said, “Well, what do you want me to do for you?” I told him I wanted him to fix the vertigo. He proceeded to say, “I can’t do that. Very pleased with your service
Too long to wait and then was told just to take cough medicine
I understand there is a lot of sickness going around, but the service was very very slow. We had a walk in appt at 2:15, we waited over 2 hours past that time. The staff was friendly.
