So yesterday I go in for a eye infection and I paid $130 for the visit and $18 for my eye drops because she said I had pink eye after only looking at my eye for litterly one second. Well the next day my eye was on fire so I came to eyeglass world for a exam and lucky I did because it was not pink eye but a cornea ulcer which almost made me lose vision in that eye so after another $200 I got the right treatment and right eye drops to cure this problem. Went for an ear infection. Sat in the room for 40 mins while they took their lunch break, when it took all of 3 mins too look in my ear and tell me what I already knew and the only reason I came was to get antibiotics. So unprofessional to let someone sit and hurt while they just stop and take a 30 mins lunch break. Where’s the compassion and care for someone? Not everybody wants a fucking pain pill , NEVER AGAIN!

I was sent to this clinic by the V.A. clinic in Morristown Tennessee, to have a Covid test, and a flu test. After calling to verify my time to be there, I was told that they closed at 8:00 PM. I arrived at 7:01P.M., and the woman at the counter told me that they were taking no more patients today. That is after telling me to come on over...I would just like to say "Thank you for giving me my 2 test that could have helped me get a jump on my sickness". "Don't go to this clinic ". I went there with Covid. My insurance has a $75 urgent care copay which I was charged and paid up front. I had a walk-in office visit which consisted of a Covid test (that was positive). They billed my insurance for an outpatient emergency visit (not an urgent care visit) for over $1000 leaving me paying $250 after contract adjustments, etc. I made multiple calls to their billing office and to my insurance only to be told that is my balance and if I don’t pay it, I will be turned over for collections. $250 for a Covid test t... read more

STOP HIRING PEOPLE WHO ARE RUDE AF TO PATIENTS AND RELATOVES OF PATIENTS?? MY SON HAD A FEVER, SO WHY DOES ONE OF THE NURSES OR DOCTORS (WHATEVER HER TITLE IS) NEED TO LOOK TO MY WIFE AND TELL HER SHE NEEDS TO GET HER TUBES TIED?? WTF!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM ANY "DOCTORS OFFICE"

Higher knowledgeable up front staff. Have a working phone system and ACT Professional. After all you are in the medical field and not a fast food restaurant. I get better professional service at an auto dealership.

I need a pre employment drug test. My employer called and was told they could either set up an account or I could pay and be reimbursed by the employer. They told her it was $108. I went to get the test and was told it was $185. Whatever I need the test done. Then they said if the employer filled out this form, the test would be $25 and billed to my employer. The employer filled out the form and emailed it to them. She also gave me a copy. I showed up again to have my test and the receptionist wouldn’t even look up my employ... read more

My husband had to go for a sinus infection. Staff was great but on the financial part He has two insurance’s and they charged him the secondary copay of $65 dollars. The receptionist said that’s what she was trained to do!! What???? This clinic is definitely over charging people. He should of just gave you his primary insurance and paid his $40 copay. Left a call for the billing manager, we shall see if they call us back.
