Only reason I changed my original script is that I received the most professional phone call ever by the regional manager. That alone speaks volumes.
This place is terrible! I am an RN and feel I received very poor care. I realize this isn't a hospital, but there are basics in delivering proper care, and doing a proper exam. I will say reception and the nurse, I had no problems with. They did their jobs appropriately. My reason for being seen was chest pain (exposed to pneumonia this week), aching (my teeth even hurt), terrible sore throat,headache and ears hurting. Waste of time. Took my sick little 4 year old complaining for throwing up, fever and sore throat. I asked if there was a concern for strep, reply was "yes" never tested her or offered even after I explained she has siblings in the house. Filled a Rx of antibiotics and moved on to the next person.
When I first went in, the receptionist was great. The nurse who asks the questions was also great. However, the trouble started when the "doctor on duty" came in. She listened to my heart and listened to me breathe through her stethoscope. She didn't ask me what brought me in or anything like that. After she finished listening to my body, she said, "well, the coughing is due to congestion. Sounds like allergies. I can give you a shot and send you on your way." Horrible went in told them my symptoms and was told it was from me working overnights so I told them I been on overnights for months she than said it could be a virus thank goodness i went somewhere else because here I sit after having my appendix removed this place really is a joke really wouldn't take my dog here
My husband and I both saw them in December, paid our copay. We had met our out of pocket so did not owe the copay. I called their billing office in January to get a refund, have been given the runaround for almost 5 months now. Still no refund. They're good at the clinic, but pray you never need any kind of refund!
I was seen yesterday the woman up front was very nice. The man who took us back was amazing. The np not so much imhe was in and out in 3 mins tokd us we was fine even after i repeated i was pretty sure we had strep. Guess what both of ys wad tested today by our doc and we both have strep. Very poor manners and wr will not be back. Ill also be telling others.
