The nurse at the front desk was so rude and treated everyone like they were stupid. After telling her I was going to wait in my car she was letting other people in front of me to get attended simply because I wasn’t in the building. The nurse practitioner barely gave a glance at me and didn’t send my full prescription the next day. Not to mention the place was filthy and they don’t disinfect after a patient sits somewhere or their pins. Never again.
This location has always had the worst staff when you walk through the door it’s like they say or do anything to make you feel uncomfortable and always make a point to tell you it will be a long wait. And just give off the feeling your a inconvenience to them so I absolutely avoid this place at all costs until I’m forced to use them for work related drug screens and I have offered to pay out of pocket for screenings if they just pick a different company
It’s the same every time I’ve been forced to go there. All staff act like you’re nothing but an inconvenience and only been there 1 time for sickness and that was even a worse experience

The wait time is too long. We waited about about 30 mins.
I am the mother Brandi Evans. I’m an ICU nurse for 18 years. I had to work nights that day so I couldn’t go. My husband took her. The NP wasn’t kind and apparently doesn’t know s/s of influenza. Kaila has been sick with fevers 100-103, chills, aching, coughing, nasal congestion/drainage since Thursday. We had Covid swabbed at home and negative. The wait was VERY long. Got at clinic at 1. Had appt at 1:18. Was seen about 2:40. We were 4 patient to arrive after opening. The front desk receptionist was very kind
Scheduled our appointment in advance. We were taken back in less than 5 minutes, but we sat in the room for over an hour waiting to be seen. We had to leave without being seen and went to another walk in clinic. I get that they can get really busy, but if that is the case, space the appointment times out more than 5 minutes.
I was seen yesterday and I’m sicker today than I was then ( rec two shots for sinus infection) , called to see if an oral Rx could be called in sine I’m worse and my teeth are throbbing from the sinus infection. I was told no I would have to come in, offered to make me an appt in the morning but I have to leave for Nashville at 5 am sick or not.
