Came in last night with my friend. To the Jefferson City location(We both needed to be seen) we drove 30 min to that location bc it was the only one open til 8. We arrived and were turned away stating that they weren’t seeing anyone else. Mind you the door was unlocked lights were all on and it was within the posted business hours on the front door. When we asked why they claimed “they had met their quota for the day but had to stay open til 8” Say what?!?!? I’ve worked in the medical field for 15 years in both a Office se... read more
The Jefferson City facility turned me away during normal business hours because "they had already met their quota for the day." Are you kidding me? No one asked me what I needed to be seen for or what my insurance information was. Just stated that they had to remain open until 8pm but they couldnt see any more patients. they then proceeded to lock the doors prior to 8pm and turn off all the lights. Lies!
Please beware if you go to a Fast Pace Clinic. They charge $75 no matter what your co-pay is and they don’t refund your overpayment unless you call them. My husband, daughter and I all went to fast pace in August. We were all charged $75, our copay is $25. We got our EOB and everything was paid/negotiated by insurance and $25 was all that was owed by us. I waited to get a refund and nothing happened so In November I called and they said they would issue a refund but because it had been over 30 days they had to issue a refund... read more
Drive through like sub par medicine, you'd be better off seeing a vet, used to be a good place, any more it's just a way for them to make money without caring about their patients, I will never go back or take any member of my family there again.
Need manners and I waited 2 hours for a drug test for my job. What a waste of time.
They are my primary care and put me on blood pressure medication then will never refill it. Im a traveling Natural gas and water main pipeliner and they always refuse to refill my medication, just like today after they took my money then turned me away without my medication again! if i die, i hope my family enjoys the money out of the lawsuit! Lesson learned, never use them for primary care!
I went for a dmall but deep cut on my hand. Had to pay a $75 copay up front then was told they wouldn't put stitches in my hand. The nurse then put a small piece of medical tape on the cut (which fell off the next day) and gave me a tetanus shot. I then got a bill in the mail for an additional $146. after talking to my insurance and fast pace they charged a whopping $1060.00 for my 25 minute visit!!!!!!! this is pure and utter RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! I will NEVER visit a fast pace again!!!!! Beware!!!!
I was a new patient to your facility and was seen by FNP Stacy for a respiratory infection. She prescribed antibiotics but my condition continued to worsen and I started having a reaction to the antibiotic. Therefore, I went back to Fast Pace a couple of days later to be re-evaluated. The receptionist relayed a message to the FNP; however, she declined to reassess my condition but said she would write a prescription for "something stronger." I reaffirmed that I would like to be seen again because I was concerned about my sy... read more
This fast pace was so awful. The receptionist was rude, the nurse I saw didn’t listen for talking over me, and the physician was rude. I 10/10 recommend driving the 15-20 minutes to the Fast Pace in Morristown, they actually care about their patients and ensure they are well taken care of.
