The doctor I saw at the Morristown location was wonderful. I initially left a great review, until I received my bill. My insurance was charged $1,300. I didn’t receive an itemized statement, so I assumed this was a mistake. I called the billing department and was placed on hold. While I was on hold, I found out about a $99 self pay option. I don’t know if it was the end of the day or what but the staff working here were so unfriendly! I went there because I had a rash, itching, swelled arms, and my throat felt like it was swelling up. I told the doctor all of this. When the doctor came into the room she didn’t even look at the rash or acknowledge any of my concerns she just kept saying it was so and so. This place is an absolute joke! I went in 98% sure I was having a reaction to Amoxicillin, I go back the lady shines a light hardly even looking at it and says I have scabies and sent me on my way, first off you have to scrape and look at it under a microscope to diagnose that. Nobody would listen to me I knew what I was talking about. I don’t know where or how this woman got her degree. Rude. I was just contacted by my daughters school about how rude Lisa was with them when they inquired about a typo on an excuse. Furthermore, I was told by Lisa if I “plead” my case with the doctor I could get my child’s absence excused from school after she tested positive for the flu. (She has missed the previous two days) When I asked the doctor to do so, she said we don’t DO that here. So basically I paid $100 to find out what I already knew and get a one day excuse. First of all you could start by not hiring idiots. I've been waiting for drug test results for almost two weeks now because your idiot employee used the wrong paperwork and screwed up the coc.

RecommendedI have never been to an urgent care facility before today and I am just thankful that I did. I really felt awful. I was in and out at a quick pace. I Have a double ear infection, sinus infection and bronchitis. Once the steroid shot kicked in i feel soooo much better. I’m so thankful I didn’t have to wait the whole weekend feeling miserable. And it cost me the same as an office visit.
