First we caught Covid and went on antiviral capsules 4 capsules 2X daily! Then mine turned into Pneumonia so went back and had to have more antibiotics 2 tablets 2X daily. Was doing ok but started sneezing and coughing and it was continuous so went back and saw Dr., Angie or Anita ( sorry as I’m bad with names)! She is awesome and gave me some more meds for my sinuses and finally today I feel almost human for the first time in 2.5 weeks! Julia when we entered was super sweet and greeted us with great big smile. When we were called back it was by Cynthia and she did not seem happy at all. She didn't say hi, she just told my daughter to get on the scale, then after telling her to step back, my daughter stepped off the scale and Cynthia acted seriously annoyed and was like "not off the scale I told you to step back." You did ok. Except I needed antibiotics and I didn’t receive any. I’m still sick with a bad sinus infection.
The staff was nice but unprofessional. The NP I saw was very nice and made sure to cover all bases. I noticed the staff thought it was hilarious that one lady who said she’d never be back isn’t coming back and were gossiping about it. The facility was NASTY back bathrooms were disgusting. I was also over charged. I was supposed to only be charged 35.00 co pay and front desk insisted it was 50… she was incorrect and wanted to charge as she wished. Highly dissatisfied.

It was easy to register for an appointment, don’t feel that she properly understood my illness. I told them when I blew my nose that it was discolored which to me indicates an infection. She told me to continue doing what I was doing . She made it known that it was time for her to go home. I was seen on Thursday and it is now Sunday and I still have my infection. Not very pleased at all.
