Julia when we entered was super sweet and greeted us with great big smile. When we were called back it was by Cynthia and she did not seem happy at all. She didn't say hi, she just told my daughter to get on the scale, then after telling her to step back, my daughter stepped off the scale and Cynthia acted seriously annoyed and was like "not off the scale I told you to step back." You did ok. Except I needed antibiotics and I didn’t receive any. I’m still sick with a bad sinus infection.
The staff was nice but unprofessional. The NP I saw was very nice and made sure to cover all bases. I noticed the staff thought it was hilarious that one lady who said she’d never be back isn’t coming back and were gossiping about it. The facility was NASTY back bathrooms were disgusting. I was also over charged. I was supposed to only be charged 35.00 co pay and front desk insisted it was 50… she was incorrect and wanted to charge as she wished. Highly dissatisfied.

It was easy to register for an appointment, don’t feel that she properly understood my illness. I told them when I blew my nose that it was discolored which to me indicates an infection. She told me to continue doing what I was doing . She made it known that it was time for her to go home. I was seen on Thursday and it is now Sunday and I still have my infection. Not very pleased at all.
The nurse at the front desk was so rude and treated everyone like they were stupid. After telling her I was going to wait in my car she was letting other people in front of me to get attended simply because I wasn’t in the building. The nurse practitioner barely gave a glance at me and didn’t send my full prescription the next day. Not to mention the place was filthy and they don’t disinfect after a patient sits somewhere or their pins. Never again.
This location has always had the worst staff when you walk through the door it’s like they say or do anything to make you feel uncomfortable and always make a point to tell you it will be a long wait. And just give off the feeling your a inconvenience to them so I absolutely avoid this place at all costs until I’m forced to use them for work related drug screens and I have offered to pay out of pocket for screenings if they just pick a different company
It’s the same every time I’ve been forced to go there. All staff act like you’re nothing but an inconvenience and only been there 1 time for sickness and that was even a worse experience
