Every time you ride by the ambulance is sitting in their parking lot!! My grandson had a "cold" and they wanted to call the ambulance.Thought he "might" have had RSV but didn't test for it. Emergency Room(not Lexington) said he just had a cold Ins. might should look into this.
I have always gotten good service here from the nurses and nurse practitioners but today when I went to get my medicine at Walgreens it hadn't arrived so I went home and came back later this afternoon. I was told that I didn't have any meds there. When asked if I had just left I said no I was seen this morning. Well it seems they called discount drugs instead. So here I go to there. Was supposed to have a cough syrup and antibiotic. Yep no cough syrup. I tried to call the number on Facebook but no answer. I will give them on... read more
I love some of the staff and they usually halfway try to help, prepare to wait though... I did have an issue with one provider that made a comment WAY out of line... I chalked it up to her having a bad day or something. I always request not to see her. Usually wait a couple hours in waiting room and an additional hour or two in the room to be seen. Not really thorough...
Helped me with my son unfortunately his ear infection went to the opposite side but they got him the medicine he needed and they called called checked on him which made my day he still in pain but slowly but surely getting better but im changing my review bc I went in and they claimed I had strep when I didnt and said I had liver issues when I didnt which was cause for alot of worry
