The tables that you sit on when you get into the rooms are nasty. also the room check list that hangs in the rooms hasnt been checked off since July! my daughter who is 1 sat on the table and she slobbered on the tables so I wiped it with wet wipes and the table was black!!!! absolutely nasty!!!! not to mention they have misdiagnosed my daughter for 3 weeks putting her on multiple meds that shes not even supposed to be taking at her age!

I don't normally comment on anything. I went here when I just got back from Mexico after throwing up all night and chills and fever. The doctor said she was going to call me in medicine for nausea. I ask about an antibiotic, and she said she would call me one in also. When I got to the pharmacy, no antibiotic. I don't go to a doctor often, but usually know when I need an antibiotic. I would not normally do this sort of thing, but I feel that our experience at Fast Pace Urgent Care in Lexington, TN needs to be shared. Yes, we arrived late to Urgent Care and we understand that there were other patients ahead of us. We also understand that closer to time for them to close everyone is tired and ready to leave, but that does not excuse them for basically forgetting that we were still in the room! Not happy today. Ask to see my primary care. Someone else came in. It’s this way all the time. The lady I seen was extremely nice but it still upsets me that I don’t get to see who I asked for.

I have always bragged on this clinic but I went in on Monday with both ears hurting today is Thursday not much better I called to see if they could call me something else but they wanted me to come back in it’s been three days why go back to y’all you looked in my ears throat what else are there my ears hurt and dizzy 35.00 dollars a visit why not tried something else and if that didn’t work than I could go back sometimes it’s hard to come up up copay every three days

Very upset at the fact someone from here called in child abuse for a child slipping and hitting their head from the slip. They also told CS that we were not feeding our children because our 2 year old was going through a phase of not eating much for a couple of days. They stated we had waited too long to seek medical care but we had in fact inquired with another clinic where our kids are normally seen about the situations.
