I've used fast pace for over 10 years,I've never had a bad experience other than waiting sometimes!my husband took my son last week to be seen and he received good service as usual but I had to take my daughter today! we've never had a receptionist treat us so rudely! after being extremely rude in the office she persisted to call and be rude on the phone ! If you enjoy spending your entire day sitting and waiting for 3 hours past your reserved time then Fast Pace is the place for you. I do not enjoy it and I will not be back unless I absolutely have to.
they do not have enough staff to keep up. you will wait half the day just to be seen
I paid 200 dollars for me and my husband to be seen. We are both pretty sick, but because it's not covid or flu, it dosent matter anymore. Gave me musunex and him allergy meds. You know, stuff i already bought before going to the doctor. Everytike I go there it's like the don't even check you.
don't overbook your clinic with 1 provider and have people waiting over 4hrs past their appt time in the parking
After being to to schedule an appointment for a COVID test my family was left to wait innthe parking lot for an hour before cutting our losses and leaving. We will NEVER be back.
All 4 of my children(all adults) as well as my grandchildren have all visited this clinic recently. Some had covid, some did not. The service for all of them was awful. They went because it was the only clinic open in the area. The wait is HOURS. Then to be told you have to wait on your covid test to come back & be sent home with no medication while waiting on results is absurd. I would not go to this clinic if I were dying.
