The people were very nice. The wait wasn't too bad...this time. However, we're now at the emergency room because he hasn't gotten any better; worse actually. Don't really feel it's just sinus drainage. This child sounds, and feels horrible. :(
RecommendedI LOVE MY NURSES AT FAST PACE THEY HAVE SPOILED ME ROTTEN. IT IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BUT IT IS WELL WORTH THE WAIT. I MAKE AN APPOINTMENTS I MAY HAVE TO WAIT FOR A WHILE BECAUSE IT IS A URGENT CARE IF SOMEONE CAME IN THAT NEED HELP RIGHT THEN YOU MAY NOT GET IN ON YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. I DON'T MIND THAT EITHER BECAUSE I HAVE WAITED A LOT LONGER AT A DRS. Not happy with the service my daughter received. 3 days later we have been to her PCP with the same symptoms and now my daughter is finally being treated for strep. Won't go into great detail about the way the throat swab was performed but there is no way it was done properly on Saturday and now we will be paying for two separate visits. ��� Too busy, loss of compassion, whatever the cause, it shouldn't be done the way it was. Grandson seen on monday. Finally called about labs on thursday said he needed 2 antibiotics still on friday afternoon has not been called in. Not good care at all. Not a happy grandmother
The staff is friendly, but they are so slow.I spent almost 3 hours with two kids that ended up having both the flu and strep both had a fever of almost 102.. I wont be returning I will just take my children to the ER for now on if they can't get Into their regular doctor.
They are my Pcp. I scheduled an appointment and spent 1 1/2 hours waiting before I finally asked them why make an appointment if wait times are going to be the same as walking in. She immediately then got me back bc they "forgot" a scheduled appointment was here. One week later I'm sitting here with my son. We have been waiting for 2 hours and 20 mins and are still counting. This place is terrible. They used to only charge sixty, but now they have went up to eighty bucks. I had to pay over one hundred dollars for the medicine and seeing the medical professional. I ended up being sick for two more months. They didn't help me in any way, and I was out of over a hundred dollars. If you have something besides a cold DO NOT go to this place unless you want to lose your money.
