The staff is so nice, but unfortunately even a simple visit takes forever. Recently my daughter needed an exam to get a statement for work because of a minor injury, which they also wanted to do an x-ray. It took two hours and twenty minutes. If you are going to be a walk-in clinic the providers need to let everyone know the approximate wait time. This place is horrible take forever to get back in a room and them to come check on its honestly pathetic
On June 13, I went to fast pace urgent care for a nasty bite that blistered up to the size of a ping pong ball before rupturing. I hadn't been there for 2 years or so. I went in with my copay just to find out that my copay had been raised. I was denied medical treatment. I was told that I could come back to be treated when I had the rest of my copay. Never again will I seek treatment from fast pace urgent care for myself. Nor do I recommend them to anyone.
Being questioned on whether or not I was the parent of my child when I took her there was both the first and last straw I have had. After going there for years, I am disappointed with both their actions and their attitude on how they refused service to my child over this matter. I will not be going back, nor will be recommending them to others.
My 11mo old grandson was taken there 3 times. First time was told he had pink eye (which he did and was treated successfully) and "Just a cold". He was not getting any better, running temps as high as 103. They "tested"him for infections and always said it's probably teething. Very rushed, not compassionate at all and very dismissive. (mind you this had been going on since end of December) My daughter was finally able to get a pediatrician and first visit they tested him.... came back with 3 viral infections and 2 bact... read more
There were literally 3 people in the waiting room when we came into the clinic and we've been here for almost 3 hours and still waiting .. there's NOTHING fast about this place. the freaking website says closed on weekends and the phone says open.. there's NOTHING fast or urgent about this place. wish we had a better urgent care
had an awful experience here tonight , highly advise that nobody is seen by " Rachel ". I came there tonight with my 7 month old son and asked her to order blood work on my son to check his white blood count , beings that I have been there numerous days in a row and none of the medications they have prescribed my son are working , and this woman really told me " I am not going to order unnecessary test " beings that I have been to this clinic days in a row and the most these nurses and doctors have done is " look " at my chi... read more
The tables that you sit on when you get into the rooms are nasty. also the room check list that hangs in the rooms hasnt been checked off since July! my daughter who is 1 sat on the table and she slobbered on the tables so I wiped it with wet wipes and the table was black!!!! absolutely nasty!!!! not to mention they have misdiagnosed my daughter for 3 weeks putting her on multiple meds that shes not even supposed to be taking at her age!
I don't normally comment on anything. I went here when I just got back from Mexico after throwing up all night and chills and fever. The doctor said she was going to call me in medicine for nausea. I ask about an antibiotic, and she said she would call me one in also. When I got to the pharmacy, no antibiotic. I don't go to a doctor often, but usually know when I need an antibiotic.
