It was ok.
Scheduled apt 5:56. Arrived on time. Waiting room felt like a heat lamp at 78 degrees. By the time I got to a room I sat for multiple times waiting. Did not get out until 7:50pm !!! There was 2 other people besides me so it was not that busy to keep sick patient for 2 hours. And then did not help or provide any antibiotics etc. said was common cold to take over counter medicine. Explained that’s what I was doing previously and didn’t work which then started running fever and made this dr apt. Never again will return and will... read more
The receptionist, Tamika, who was also my nurse was friendly but I was not greeted at the door when I came in….it took a few min for anyone to make themselves known at the front desk. I had a 1 hour wait for a drug screen for a new job. I only saw 2 people working in the whole office. Y’all need to hire more people. Tamika was very friendly and did a great job!

I waited 3 hours to be seen for 5 minutes. The lady was sweet enough and explained that my blood pressure was too high to give me a pain shot and sent me home with muscle relaxers. The only thing the medicine did was knock me out. She told me to keep an eye on my bp (which I have never had issues with, I believe it was due to the pain). When I got home and checked it it was 115/73 perfectly normal for me. My appt was at 533 and I did not get seen til almost 8 (closing time).
First I was charged 35.00 copay even after I presented my insurance card the excuse was I didn’t have my red white and blew Medicare card second was I was going to be tested for covid and flu i had a sinus infection had this problem all my life the nurse slammed the drawer after i refused to take the test and left the room very rude behavior and very unprofessional I will never come back to this place again and I’m going to tell everybody I know how I was treated there !!!!!
