Fast pace is not a good name. We have been twice with online check in and waited and waited. Front desk ladies very rude. Nurse was great. Will drive farther to avoid this office. And we were excited to have a clinic close. Too bad.
I chose the 11:16 time for the line. However, I was not seen until 2. Once I arrived, I did not jump anyone in line who was waiting in the building. It was like I just was added to the cue once I arrived. The place holder time was really of no value. The receptionist said, it just makes sure you are seen that day.
Got there at 1:35 and didn’t get seen until 3:30 The were 7 people total there and not all were in front of me. The doctor and staff were really nice that’s the only reason they get 2 stars
Poor medical care already shared. MedicL provided asked me how to treat my symptoms not even ask what was going on and then telling me my diagnosis. Then said we will treat the same. Gave antibiotic and sinus cocktail shot and prescribed Z-pac. Asked if I had ever used Tesslon Pearls told her yea don’t work. Said would send Permethizine (not sure of spelling) for cough.
