The wait time was way too long. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time
I tried to tell the nurse practitioner that, if I was not treated with antibiotics then I would not have a voice in a few days. I went on Friday and I now do not have a voice. All that was offered was a steroid shots and told to get OTC medication, and tea.
I was impressed by the front desk clerk. She was very friendly. The MA needs education on proper collection of swabs. There’s no way to get a positive result if the swabs aren’t properly collected. A set of vitals were not done besides a tympanic temperature. This is only my second visit at fast pace due to using another urgent care, but I am not satisfied after this visit. I know that working in healthcare is overwhelming, especially after the holidays, but subpar care is unacceptable in any facility.
Got there with only 1 person there and she was leaving while I was checking in. The wait said 0-15 mins I was the only person there and first in line. They got me back within the 15 mins but the left me in room 1 for 45 mins while they are & laughed for lunch. When asked if we should just come back since we apparently got there at a bad time. Visit was extremely long for the type of visit. I was there for a pre-employment drug screen and physical. One front clerk was extremely rude and very unhelpful to patients waiting that needed help trying to sign in with. She was in the back talking and cutting up with other staff vs being upfront with customers out front. I was there at 3:50p and did not leave until 5:50p.
Not sure the diagnosis was right. Feel worse now than when I was there.
Not even sure I seen a doctor. Came in for nausea and they printed out a list of “safe” medications for pregnancy. Told me to take B16 25mg and Unisom. They don’t sell B16 25mg without a prescription because it’s such a low dose. Walmart was out of unisom, and the pharmacist said that wouldn’t have helped with nausea anyway bc it is a sleep med!! I could have printed a list out at home myself. Will not be back to fastpase.
Didn’t care too much about the experience I had with the woman at the front desk
The front desk employee was very rude. I walked in and she wasn’t even up there then she didn’t acknowledge I was there until 10 minutes goes by. I had the longest wait and I was only there for a drug test. The nurse was extremely nice tho! Bad bad service at the front.
