The employees seem to have a desire to rush through as many people as possible as fast as possible. I felt as though any concerns I had were not addressed. When I arrived I was prompted with a price, I stated I understood and accepted it. Was told to give ID and I did. I was directed to fill out a form online and that would could as signing it. Very unprofessional. Receptionist was taking phone calls while I was standing at the desk stating there was a wait while other workers in the back was telling her to up the wait time. Receptionist also answered her personal phone to deal with personal business in the midst of helping me. Also a waste of time , while I put my reason for being there through the check in process ( UC ), the doctor proceeded to wait until I got a room and vitals done to tell me she doesn’t work with UC patients. I paid 150 I took my son with vomiting they didn't check him they just passed me to the room to tell me that they couldn't give him anything to keep him with liquids

Everyone is great and nice but you really need to clean the waiting room and the windows inside and out , it makes you wonder if everything is actually sanitary, I usely want go back to doctor offices that are not cleaned
Scheduled an apt online for 0800 when the clinic opens, the provider was the only one there - she pulled me back around 0840 after someone had reached out to me via text to confirm my insurance card & im assuming got me checked in. The provider stated she apologized, she was frustrated that she was the only one scheduled and running the clinic completely by herself.
