I made an appointment online for 10:37am. I arrived about 10:27am. The door was locked, but people were inside. Nobody opened the door. I got in when a patient left & Then got in line to let them know I registered online. (None of this worth my time, as it took until just until after 12 noon to get into a room & see a physician) While it’s important to see the doc, you don’t want to waste time. I was told I would get in close to my registration. An hour after the doc had done her initial assessment, I got curious as to why ... read more

I over heard them say there way no x-ray tech in and I knew I needed one and probably labs. They told me to stay anyways. Once I saw the NP, I was immediately told to go to the ER. So I paid $50 for someone to tell me to go to the ER because I needed an x-ray and labs. Complete disappointment. Won't go back.

Check in was easy and fast. NP was pretty good. Only reason I gave three stars was because my phone call wasn’t returned promptly with lab results.

I liked that I got in quick. However, I am at 3 days since my visit. Haven’t guests anything about my nose swab. I have been suffering from a cough, congestion and hacking up mucus. I what it feels like to have a sinus infection and was told it is not a sinus infection. I was given a prescription for Flonase and told to get over the counter meds. I was told to come back if it doesn’t go away. I do not want to pay another co-pay so I can get a prescription for antibiotics that I should have gotten the first time.

The worst urgent care experience. Would NOT recommend. There are extremely long wait times even if you register online, and the on-site testing is not effective. Despite what they promise, no follow up is given for patient tests even after three attempts with the provider. Absolutely awful!

Everyone had terrible patient service. No kindness On anyone’s part. Didn’t seem to care that I was sick. Treated me without dignity or respect almost disdain. It was the weirdest experience. I don’t plan on using their services again unless I have to.
