Staff was unfriendly and the PA didn’t even examine me. I went to this location twice in the last week for Covid/flu symptoms. The first time I came in I heard her saying to the other staff in the hallway that she would do the swabs but would probably be too early to get an accurate result. The second time I came in 4 days later after getting significantly worse throughout the week she refused to retest me and said that if I had it, it would’ve shown up on the tests already. Went in with pain in the back and stomach area. The NA took my vitals and when the NP/PA came in she stood on the other side of the room from where I was and didn’t listen to my heart or push on my stomach - did not touch me. Sent me home with a muscle relaxers and names. Wound up at the ED the next day with a small bowel obstruction and admitted into the hospital and am still there.

The employees seem to have a desire to rush through as many people as possible as fast as possible. I felt as though any concerns I had were not addressed. When I arrived I was prompted with a price, I stated I understood and accepted it. Was told to give ID and I did. I was directed to fill out a form online and that would could as signing it.
