The website stated that I needed to call or chat with a representative to find out what insurances are accepted. It was 5 am in the morning and wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone. Not knowing if my insurance would be accepted, I did not want to make an appointment. I decided to wait until the office opened to call them directly. Once the office opened, I called multiple times before getting a hold of someone. Once my call was answered, the young lady who answered the phone had an awful tone. I asked if I could schedul... read more

1. I made an online appointment for 8:38am. I wasn't seen until after 10:30am. 2. When I did make it back to the patient room to be examined, the provider came in and said, "Hello, Donna. Your test results were negative." I told her my name isn't Donna and she shrugged her shoulders and said, "Sorry about that.", and asked did I have any questions. 3. The medical box that is located in the examining room where they dispose of needles, had sizable drops of blood on the outside of the box. Furthermore, trash cans were full fr... read more

The doctor would not listen to me when I told her I did not have the flu. Yes I tested positive for the flu but did not present with any of the major symptoms of the flu. No fever, body aches, or chills.. She wrote me a script for tammi-flu which I did not want or need. And she totally ignored my ear infection and refused to write me a script for antibiotics which is what I did need. She said tammi-flu and antibiotics did not work well together. The research I did after leaving your clinic says nothing to support that. I had... read more

The wait is way too long even when you have appointment times to choose from. Maybe you should do strictly walk ins if you can’t see patients around their scheduled time. 3 hours from scheduled time is excessive!! When you are sick you sure don’t feel like sitting on the waiting room for that long of a time waiting!!

Staff friendly and professional. Misleading to schedule an appointment and walk in to learn that at 1000 there is already a two hour wait. Why allow patients to continue to schedule if you are short staffed and know you will be that far behind. Had I known the wait would be that long, I could have gone to a different urgent care.
