I was very iffy about coming here since I am new to here, but I have to say it was a solid visit. Yes, it was busy. Yes, I did have to wait like everyone else, but for a 20 minute wait in the waiting room on a walk-in visit, it was nothing. Only issue was the lack of training some of the front-desk employees seemed to be having, as they screwed up my payment by an extra $45, and seemed very uncanny about using their computer system (believe I overheard them say it was "shutting down" multiple times). This is the 2nd time Checking into this Fast Med.....I took my daughter here on Saturday and everyone is soooo awesome....Love love this location....Very informative and efficient and friendly.....Thank you
We took our daughter in for an x-ray just before closing. She fell off a trampoline and landed on her wrist and was unable to move it without pain and tears. Even though it was minutes before closing the physician and staff were FANTASTIC! They didn't rush the appointment and truly cared about our daughter's injury and overall health! The team was very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty! Excellent experience!

Every summer we come up from Florida to visit family, and every year I usually develop some type of reaction / infection from hay fever allergies , or a sinus infection. The last 2 summers my toddler daughter has been developing similar reactions, and our 5 month old seems to be following in suit (must be the elevation). The FASTMed staff has ALWAYS been courteous and a blessing as they've addressed my medical concerns / needs and now my childrens' needs. Very courteous thorough sincere staff.I been their several times and they always give you quality time and make sure they don't just brush off your symptoms.and the wait time is usually minimal.

I will say the staff was very friendly. You never want to spend time at the doctors office and I certainly have no patience, so please believe me when I say the wait time was very reasonable. I am very thankful to have found a competent and friendly doctors office in my new home town!

Well I can't say i've ever enjoyed going here, but every time i have ended up here it was an emergency and they took good care of me and kept me out of the hospital. I think i'm up to 3 visits now. I have a $50 copay to this place, but a $500 copay to an ER. So yeah, I'm gong to try this first. There is usually a 15-20 minute wait (same at my reg doc).
