Terrible service 3 hour late because they can't work on line check in. Staff is rude and lacking Go anywhere but here

It is pointless making an appointment. The wait is always around 2 hours, the front desk staff is very cold and always seem like they would rather be somewhere else. If they are unable to attend to patients without significant amount of wait time they need to advise this information when we first walk in.

I took my 2 almost 3 year old to fast med Clayton off hwy 70 yesterday for an all over body rash the lady at the front desk told me if I did jot have an appointment I could not be seen. They close at 4 I was there at 3 pm. I explained I left work early called and was told they were open till 4 with no stipulation. She checks us in the RMA takes us back she gets my daughters vitals who has a heart rate of 140 .......the RMA asked questions and I explain the situation as why we were there and what my concerns were. Oh, where do I start? At check in, Tanya, was incredibly rude and loud. She told me my insurance wasn't going to cover a COVID test without symptoms. I kindly asked her to check my intake form, where I wrote I had symptoms. So, after this rash encounter with her, the entire lobby now knew my business. Thanks Tanya - you need a job that doesn't involve working with people! Tanya made sure to reassure me that my insurance wasn't going to cover my test without symptoms, in a loud, demeaning voice. DO NOT EVER go to the FastMed on 70 Business in Clayton!! With the exception of the x-ray technician, everyone else was unprofessional, rude and slow. The provider was so rude, it could have been construed as threatening. I have a long medical history and this is absolutely the worst medical experience I have ever had!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Extremely negative experience. My mom waited over 2 hours to be seen at another location. When she was finally seen she had everything taken care of except their x-ray machine was broken. We were told to come here to the one in Clayton & we would be seen right away since everything was done except an x-ray. When we got here we were told to wait, so we did. I usually never do this but I am angry! I had a billing issue with them . The day I went in they told me my insurance was covered. I later received a bill. After numerous attempts to speak to someone about the bill and I finally got some one that told me there was nothing they can do it was my insurance. Well they should not told me they accepted my insurance I would never have gone in. So I started to pay a little at a time then I did not receive a bill, then covid happen. The front receptionist in this office is rude and very unfriendly to the patients coming in. People already don't feel well when they come here so there is no need for the staff to be rude.

I had an appointment at 12:50pm , it's currently 2:48pm and only two people have checked in on me but not have helped me.. This place is ran like a joke and i high don't recommend unless you want to spend more than half your day here and intake a bunch a germs.
