I will never go back to FastMed. They charged almost $600 for less than 15 minutes worth of services. They also slacked on billing my insurance. I received the bill 9 months after services were rendered!!! When I called the billing department they has no reasonable explanation as to why they were so delayed in filing. Imagine my surprise when 9 months later we received this outrageous bill in the mail. Very unorganized and terrible customer service

Receptionist was rude to the customers, and the service was slow. Went in for a drug test and sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes.

This is the second time I have been to one of these clinics in this area. Both times have been unfavorable. I went to this clinic on the 14th of May to get some antibiotics because I had had an allergic reaction and was coughing up yellow green flem and all that S. Delabastide gave me was some cough medicine.......can you believe that. Both people who I saw told me almost the same thing word for word.......I don't think you need antibiotics. REALLY. Do not under any circumstances use this practice as a primary care manager. It is ok at best as urgent care, but they are not organized well at all for primary care. I should clarify a bit. In my many visits, they never know that they are my primary care provider. When I attempted to get an appointment with the primary care provider, I was told that she was booked, but that I was more than welcome to walk in. Seems very unorganized. I called on Tuesday to get a very important test for work that was due by Friday. This test was advertised on their website. They needed to order the test tube for the test and said that it would be in by Wednesday or Thursday. I called both Wednesday and Thursday to see if test tube had come in and on Thursday no one knew anything about it and they told me to just get a doctor's order and go to lab corp. I have been a patient here for a little while and at first I was very impressed with the service but over the last six months it has gotten progressively worse. The person that answers the phone is rude and always makes me feel like I am a bother to her if I dare call. It is like pulling teeth to get refills called in and called to the correct pharmacy. i've been here waiting for two hours for a simple drug screening. this is beyond ridiculous. the staff is flustered and doesn't seem to be organized at all. it's been so long that i've had time to create a yelp just to complain. people who came in after me are going in before i am.

Worst place ever!! I've been there a few times, trying to give the place another chance, you know. The Drs. are guessing most of the time, and to your surprise they are usually wrong in their guesses. Then you call trying to find a solution and guess what!!! they say you have to go again and pay them AGAIN!!! are you kidding me? Ahh, they say going there is faster, that's why their name is fastmed, well, it is not fast enough. you usually wait for 30 minutes or more to be seen by a nurse, then wait for the doctor!!!! ... read more
