Although I did not personally visit this urgent care I am sharing the experience my daughter had. She was very sick on Christmas Day while at her boyfriend's house 3 hours from home. Thank goodness this Fast Med location was open on Christmas Day. I was able to make an online appointment for her and her boyfriend drove her there. They arrived early and saw the PA quickly. As a first time patient, I was very impressed. Every staff member I dealt with was very professional and kind. From the reception desk to the cli nic. I immediately felt comfortable and they took care of my needs quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

I was seen by the PA, Ashley, and the manager, Artrice, both were amazing and kind! I was in and out in less than an hour.

I went to fast med urgent care on west malllard creek road for a ankle injury. Upon my check in the front desk receptionist was pleasant and the X-ray techs were accommodating and knowledgeable during my procedure. Now, the physician assistant Laura shuhart need to learn bedside manners and politeness. She did not greet me or tell me who she was upon entering in the room. I had to look on her name tag to identify her. She didn't tell me my follow-up procedures to do at home. You can tell the p/a was checked-out for the day!... read more

I had been experiencing pain in my throat for about two days. Naturally when I decided that I couldn't take it any longer going to my GP was not an option because it was the weekend. I came here about 5 minutes before it opened. They allowed me to walk in and wait while they booted up. They took my information about three minutes later and everything is done pretty smoothly through iPads. Once I finished filling out paper work I waited about 7 minutes before I was called back. Made appointment online, they saw me right away. The front desk girl was friendly and efficient. The provider, Kristina, was knowledgeable and reassuring when I was scared and nervous about my injuries. Highly recommend.

The experiences was fine. I started a new job and have no insurance at the moment. I was expecting the self pay to be cheaper.

Fast friendly service. We came in on Sunday morning right after opening so there was no wait. Good location very clean facility.

I moved to Charlotte rather recently and came down with a terrible sinus infection. I called all around Charlotte trying to find a doctor's office that would take me in, but every office I tried didn't have any new patient openings for several months. I found this FastMed not to far from where I live, and they have a general practitioner, Christine Messinga, who is awesome!
