These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS FOR SERVICE GO TO THE ALTERNATIVE. I WAS THERE TO TAKE A SIMPLE DRUG TEST FOR A JOB THEY REQUIRED THAT I COMPLETE ALL OF THESE FORMS AND WAIT OVER AN HOUR TO SIMPLY URINATE IN A CUP. I ASKED IF I COULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO RETURN I WAS DENIED. WHEN ASKED WHY THE ROBOTS AT THE FRONT DESK JUST SAID THAT IS THE POLICY. TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO FOR SERVICE.
