I was referred fi this urgent care because my children's primary care provider was full and didn't have any available appointments. The staff was friendly, the doctor was very knowledgeable, and the office was very clean. I was in and out in less than an hour, and I was able to get medicine for my son on site. I will definitely visit here again.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! I took my 3 year old to her primary care doctor and after waiting in the lobby for 3 hours we were told that her primary doctor would not be able to see her. We were then referred to FastMed Urgent Care. I was a little upset when I first got there due to the previous situation but instantly my mood changed. The name is Fast, they need to change the name to snail or tortoise Med because nothing is fast at all. Besides the front desk took my information without waiting time as there was no patient there. Everything was slow. If someone needs them to save life, too bad. I went there for a job drug test. After filing my information, I told the front desk nicely that I had a class to go. Incompetent, and so judgy that the staff nor doctor (who calls doctors by first name these days??? So unprofessional!!!) allowed me to speak my concern to be a TEAM in getting the proper treatment for the root cause. They are extremely rude and totally unorganized! I was instructed to go online because she was too busy for me. I will NEVER go back. Get organized and "DO YOUR JOB!"
Vivian at the front desk was very rude and treated me with disregard. Spent more time talking to other staff then helping patients. Hardly anyone was there but the wait time was so long. They took other people that can in after us left us sitting in the lobby for what seemed forever. Not happy at all with this visit.
do not waste your time or money on this privately owned business!! they scam you for your money!! charge $200 for a covid test thats free everywhere else. they prescribed me as an adult with a kid's dosage that is ineffective to my symptoms! also you'll be waiting all day to be seen or get a call back because they only have one doctor on the scene lol!

Came to this location after reading online that this location preformed pre employment physicals. Checked in online and gave the reason for my exam prior to coming to the location in person. When I arrived in person the physician on duty stated that they actually don't do pre employment physicals. Would have been nice to get a phone call after checking in online prior to coming in person and wasting my time when it clearly stated that they did physicals on their website. The front desk lady was SO rude...i called and asked if I could push my appointment back, she said okay...as soon as I walked in and told her I had an appointment, she just shakes her head at me and said "yeah I never pushed your appointment back, so it's gonna be a 45-hour wait" in the rudest way. I left and went to atrium health urgent care and they were so much nicer and I got right in. I would tell everyone to avoid this place just because of the lady at the front desk...I didn't even want to know how the nurses treated ... read more
