The lady at the front desk was supposed to be the face of this company, if so I'm far from impressed. Having patients just standing in line while she just sat there, you ask a question she tells you to sit down she'll call you up next, how when you don't have my name. Sucking her teeth at us and other patients, throwing out demands, legitimately making people choose health over frustration. I called around to the URGENT CARE facilities near me and realized you must have an appointment, until I found this Fast Med urgent care on Wilkeson. When I called the person acted as if the office was so busy with people and then I will be waiting if I walked in. When we arrived about 20 minutes later there were only two people sitting in the office waiting. Never had a problem with an urgent care place but this company is absolutely awful. Will put you on hold for 20+ minutes when trying to book a covid testing appointment. Never using them again

I specifically requested a COVID test when I visited this location. I really don't appreciate that my visit was not coded as such because it has been a nightmare trying to get reimbursed for a test that should have been free through my insurance.

They lost my COVID swabs. Everyone I encountered during my visit was friendly but...really?

This place honestly shouldn't even be in operation. Attempted to come in for a visit as I am feeling under the weather and currently visiting Charlotte. While the front desk was courteous and nice they are grossly undertrained as it comes to insurance policies. First, I called yesterday to inquire about an appointment for today. I asked about how they determine which insurance is primary versus secondary as I am covered under two plans. The secretary on the phone tells me it is based on whoever's birthday is first. I saw a physicians assistant there who seemed confused by my symptoms and passed me off with an antibiotic and told me I needed to go see a primary care doctor. Had I known that I was going to get the care of a CVS minute clinic nurse, I would have waited 1 minute at CVS and not 2 hours. Waste of time.

I made an "appointment" online and showed up 15 mins in advance. They were pleasant but their computers went down and couldn't access my info and then it seemed operations stopped. The only people getting service it seemed was for drug tests. I was not comfortable when a man who's test didn't go well started swearing in front of my 4 yr old son. When I'd ask when I'd be seen they had no idea. I had waited an hour. I left.

Today 7/16/18 the nurse practitioner ( Charlene Weaver) gave us the worst professional service ever!! For some reason she had major attitude with my 9 year old son when she walked in. She completely didn't listen to the concerns we had for our son, keep trying to get us to go back to his primary doctor 912 miles away and take over the counter drugs for the infection. Obviously not good professional service. The young lady in the front doing take in was Awesome!!
