Only reason for less than 5 stars was the long wait. Once seen I had great care, staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help me. The close at 8:00 pm, which I thought was a bit early.

I was seen by and outstanding Dr Gatlin!!!! He made my son Jason feel so at home and safe and was just wonderful!!!! He is prior military and recognized us as military as well! Just an outstanding experience for an urgent care facility! I always dread civilian healthcare but not this place!!! Wow! Thank you one hundred times over! Thank you. Recommend everyone come to this place!! New building great facility clean and just outstanding medical care!

GREAT! People at the front desk were friendly. Paperwork processing took a little while, but it may have been because I was a first time visitor. Doctor was professional, friendly, and charismatic. I felt like they honestly cared for my well being and wanted to see me get better. In and out in about an hour. Super clean facility, seemed relatively new as well. Probably the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care facility before!
The doctor was amazing, the staff was too. Clean, friendly, thorough and fast. A great experience even with a sick child.

After calling every urgent care nearby me on a Saturday afternoon and they all had over 1.5 hour wait, I decided to drive to FastMed even though it was a 15 minute drive. There was no wait and I was seen very quickly. The office is very clean and pleasant staff on hand. I was out of there with a diagnosis and meds within 20-30 minutes of arrival. I would recommend this location to anyone!
Very clean and very friendly staff. Was empty when I took my mom. Very rare to find an urgent care this friendly, clean, and accommodating. Very grateful.
Is this place brand new? I'm the first reviewer and the office looked spanking new. So, maybe! I wanted to see a doctor immediately for a sore throat. So, my husband took to google to find an urgent care after being turned away by a CVS minute clinic kiosk, due to high volume. (2 other patients) I was thrilled to see that there was no one in the waiting room at FastMed when I arrived. I filled out my paperwork and was called back within 5 minutes.
