Had to wait 3 hours and 45 minutes to see the doctor. This is the longest I've very had to wait at any urgent care. The staff was apologetic which helped a bit.

I brought my daughter in for a flu shot. I was informed over the phone the flu shot would be at no cost with my daughter's insurance however when I arrived I was charged $20! I should have just taken my daughter to the hospital or her doctor's office.

I took my husband to Fastmed Urgent Care. I asked if he could see someone right away because he was in severe pain. The 3rd time I approaached the counter I was told there were 3 ahead of him. When he finally got to the exam room the Medical Assistant couldn't get a blood pressure reading. She told him to quiit shaking so she could get a reading. He kept saying the pain was severe. First of all, long wait, but a lot of urgent cares are like this. But my main complaint is that I am not a person to rush to antibiotics when I get a URI (upper respiratory infection). I am a healthcare provider and I know most URIs are viral and last an average of 7-14 days, I came in on day 3. So I just wanted cough medication when I came in, turned down the antibiotic offered to me, and the provider offered to call one in later if I needed one. I been here a hour and am still waiting to take a drug test when I came it was 2 ppl ahead of me. I will not be back to this location of I don't have to

The "team leader" is an apathetic idiot. So I need a physical done. It is mostly for a job in China, however, it is also for preventative care because I haven't had one in years. I don't have a doctor in the area and fast med was recommended. I call this location and describe all the weird crap my job needs (an ekg, a chest X-ray and some blood work). I was asked to go to this facility for a mandatory drug screening for a job. When I arrived the girl behind the counter was extremely short and rude to me asking me if I had ever been there before and once determined I hadn't shoving a clipboard into my hands with paperwork to fill out. No offer of a writing utensil. I handed my form in and sat and waited, and waited and then waited some more. I have been to several urgent care clinics, I certainly won't ever go back here. The person at the front desk seemed annoyed to even be at work and when I saw the Doctor it was like he had no time to see any patients, and the waiting room was empty! I used to get sick ALL the time so I have a pretty good judge with what I may have, this Doctor was in and out of the room in honestly 2 minutes.
