We visited Fastmed on Ten-Ten Rd. in Cary this morning. We were seen within a timely manner of our appointment. Lameka was kind and professional at the front desk, signing us in. She met us with a smile. Mia was very sweet taking my daughter's vitals and very considerate of my daughter's reason for visit/not feeling well. Abby was so nice..the visit did not seem rushed...she was very professional and thorough! We had a great experience from beginning to end!!!

From the moment I came in to the moment I left, I was completely satisfied with my care! Dr. Stephen (can't remember his last name unfortunately) was so very warm and personable, if attentiveness could cure my being ill I would've walked out better! Team lead and receptionist were so kind and understanding as well, if I didn't live so far I'd come here for any other kind of care.

I needed a rapid Covid test. I had a great experience the entire time. Front desk staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. Brian, the PA, was absolutely fabulous and extremely knowledgeable. I've never been to a FastMed before and thanks to Brian and his team, I feel confident going back if needed.

My husband and I had to go in the other day when he was ill. We got great care from the female provider named Maggie! We were worried but she had a great bedside manner and was very clam. The rest of the staff was welcoming and nice. We appreciated the help all around and will be back if needed. Thank you!

The PA Brian and the nurse were 5 star. I imagine our situation was a bit unusual but I can not say enough about the medical and emotional care we received. Brain was a life saver and has the calm bed side manner that was needed that day and should be had by all health care providers. My only minus was the front desk. First of all, she had no mask on when we walked in and failed to put one on as she handed me the ipad. On November 23, 2018, day after Thanksgiving I nearly sliced my thumb off with a Nija Food Processor. I was rushed to Fast Med Cary Ten Ten Urgi Care and a medical assistant by the name Alexis Campbell stiched my thumb together. I was terrified I would never have feelings again on my thumb. Not long after my thumb healed nicely. I dont have full feelings yet, but with time I'm sure it will heal perfectly. Alexis Campbell was amazing. I'm going to post pictures before and after. This urgent care facility is top notch! I checked in online which is super convenient. Once I arrived the very kind lady in the front office took my insurance information and I answered a few questions on an iPad. Again super convenient. The medical assistants were very friendly. The PA that I saw was awesome! She took her time and listened to all of my concerns. I felt like she gave me the right diagnosis and only ran the necessary tests based on my symptoms. fastMed at Ten Ten Rd in Cary has provided my family with fast friendly service over the past two years. I feel like our healthcare needs have been a top priority to the providers and staff at this fastmed location and we will continue to use them as long as we are living in this area!
