It is sad that the current state of medical insurance requires a sick person to shop around for medical care. That said, FastMed charged nearly twice what I would have paid at a CVS Minute Clinic for a visit re a pervasive cough. I will choose Minute Clinic in the future.

I recently made a trip to this urgent care because it was the week before Christmas and I had cold symptoms making me feel miserable. Upon entering this fast med I was greeted by the receptionist and given a stack of papers to fill out. I had met my deductible for the year but the receptionist wanted to collect over $200 from me for this visit. had service completed April 8 for an accident.. Called my insurance company (BCBS) May 6 for an explanation of benefits. I was told no claim had been filed, so I stopped by the office on the way home to check why. The polite lady gave me two numbers to call. At this point I have called several times over the last 4 days, no one answers the phone, I am only told to leave message and someone will call back within one business day.. no one ever calls back, I even tried the administrative offices number and no one picks up the p... read more

Horrible. No point in checking in on line. You have to wait anyway. It is now 90 minutes past our appointment time & my son still hasn't seen the Dr. I thought this would be faster than the pediatrician since I figured he just needs a quick strep test, but no way is this faster. It's hard enough getting my 16 year old here, this outta do it.

Highway Robbery. Went here because the MinuteClinic at CVS was booked for the evening and I was having terrible pain from a swollen lymph node. CVS told me about this place, so I went instead of waiting until the next day and go to a REAL place. The wait wasn't too long, but I was seen for less than 2 minutes.
