Fast and friendly service both from the front end people and the doctors. I will certainly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get help for whatever is bothering them.

Excellent service. I went on Sunday at lunchtime. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. My wait was about 45 minutes, and though I did register first online, I had never been so had to fill out some paperwork. Nurse got her job done quick and I waited maybe 3 min more for the PA who had me in and out with a Z Pack for my ear pain and sore throat. I was pleased and will use them again.

Went to FastMed on Friday for a tweaked muscle in my back where I could hardly walk or lift. Had a great experience with Elizabeth Weiman who told me what to do and prescribed a muscle relaxer and Advil and I feel 70% better today

Wish the wait out front was a little less, but once I was taken back it went very quickly and I got the help that I needed. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend and go back. Also, the reservation system is only to speed up your check in but clearly states in the policy when you make it that it doesn't put you to the front of the line.

Went today with fractured wrist. I must say they know how to care! I am sorry for those who had bad experience but may be, they just had a bad day to deal with. They were very professional and caring. I was in and out within an hour where timely updates were provided. Thank you

No idea what my cost was as it's not been cleared by insurance yet but I visited this place for the first time and was asked to fill out 3 papers front and back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very informative and able to submit my prescription to a near by place for pickup same time. A few days later the doctor even followed up by phone which was fantastic as not many will do that from a walk in clinic such as this. Overall process from in and out the door was about 2 hours

I took my 5 month old when she was wheezing and the staff were very professional. The PA ended up sending her to a pediatric urgent care but he was wonderful and did everything he could for her. Very impressed

Day after Christmas with Sinusitis. Full waiting room. In and out, with prescription called in 2 hours. Clerical staff was calm and very accommodating. They did not rush us along. I passed three centers on my way to this one. I came here because of posted reviews. Saw Dr. Van Ooteghem. What a personable doctor! Again, no rush. He listened, recommended and treated with a great attitude. I echo Chris' review, esp regarding time. I came in on a Sat am. There was one person before me. I was out in about 45 mins with prescriptions called in. Prior to finding this place on Yelp, I went to Rex Healthcare off Cary Pkwy. Two times I went there, it was like going to an ER - 2 hr visits. Granted, these were off hours. Rest assured, if Fast Med is open, I will come here for future, unpredicted needs.
