Absolutely not. They evidently aren't intelligent enough to schedule patients properly so how could they be trusted with something like medical care. We set a online appt with them for a specific time, but they call us and tell us to come to a appt a hour earlier. We show up 15 min early for the new appt time and they say she won't be seen until at least 15-20 min after her original appt time. If I could give zero stars I would!!! Came in Friday 5/18 approx. 3:30pm to be seen for my daughters arm with potential break. They did X-ray, the PA who saw my daughter, said she reviewed the X-rays and there is no fracture. She said that the radiologist will review, but said the radiologist will not find anything as she reviewed the images and saw nothing. That my daughter just has contusions. These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE.
