This place is terrible. Last time It took an hour and a half with an appt! the PA had me call my daughters pediatrician to find out if the medicine they were prescribing was one she was allergic to, she didn't know! The dr called me a few weeks later and said the PA should never have done that and should have called her so they refunded my money. If I could, I would give a negative rating to this awful place. I took a sick family member there last weekend. They have pre existing illnesses and we were there requesting only the diagnosis and to treat a possible bladder infection. The waiting room was empty upon our arrival and few others came in during our two hours there. They insisted on a copayment of $50 before we were kept waiting for more than an hour, despite an online appointment made with "NO WAIT" as the status. Walked in and filled out the paperwork on an iPad (nice touch). The asked to pay $25 in a co-pay plus $27.85 from a 'past due in 2011' or they wouldn't see me. The could not produce any record of the debt or the visit which was over 7 years old. They stated it was a note on my record. I've used this place a couple of times since 2011 and the NEVER asked me to pay anything more than a co pay in the time that has passed. I have been here a few previous times without issue, but I had the worst experience ever today. Showed up for a flu test. The man at the desk asked for ID and insurance. When I told him I did not have my insurance card he rudely asked more loudly "SIR, DO YOU HAVE YOUR CARD?". I had to talk with him for about 5 minutes before he agreed to look me up in the system. Exposed to flu via daughter who tested positive Sunday. Both of us were vaccinated in Sept 2017. I drove her home from FL to NC. I went in to this facility to ask if PA or Doctor would prescribe Tamiflu as a profilactic as is recommended if I did an office visit or exam even as I am asymptomatic. Desk clerk said I had to submit to the copay and exam to find out the answer to my basic question. This gentleman wouldn't even go ask the question to the PA. If I could give no stars I would. I had to wait over an hour to be seen in the waiting room. There was only one person ahead of me. Then when they brought me back to a room I had to wait another 30 minutes to be seen. When the doctor did finally see me it was for only 2 minutes and she just wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way. If she would have spent more time asking why I was there she would have known that I am not comfortable taking medication and would like different options. 20 minutes and a few stiches on a cut finger. $582.40. Complete rip off, this is one of the reasons health insurance costs so much....overcharging for service.

I really don't care for this place. Making appointments in advance is just a sham. I had to wait for everybody, at least 5-6 to be called in before they called my name! These were all walk-ins. So don't waste your time to make appointments! Very very disappointing!!!

The only reason I'm giving it a one is that the front desk woman was very sweet, and I wasn't going to trash her because the people in the back don't understand customer service. I went in for a severe cold/flu/strep/plague after being sick for almost an entire week, but could not get to my regular docs. I was THE FIRST ONE IN-8:00:03. No one that followed me in was as obviously sick-and contagious- as I was.
