I went to Fast Med today and was so thankful I did!! I first called and explained my medical condition and talked to Ciara on the phone, who was very reassuring about my visit. She was very polite and answered a few quick questions and didn't seem to rush me off the phone. When I came in she remembered me calling and checked me in efficiently and quickly and while I waited I heard her handle other check ins and phone calls very discreetly and professionally. Awful management. Slot at 10:45am. Waited over 2 hours to be seen. Apparently it's normal, the time slot guarantees you'll be seen not when you'll be seen. Also, nurse as so casual and dismissive.

They will lie to you about when test results come back. I took a test on a Friday and it's Wednesday still no results back, when I was told they would come back either Sunday or Monday. The front office lady is very rude when I called to ask for them she seems to have an attitude every time. Im currently on antibiotics that I don't know if I should be taking until I get the results back and she didn't seem to care. Wouldn't give me the providers number when I asked. Called ahead to check if accepted insurance but no answer. Drove there and it was closed...on a weekday at noon (supposed to be open 8-8). No sign on the door. Nothing. Just closed.

I have been to this location several times as we are new to the area and had not yet secured a primary care provider.Each time I visited this clinic I showed my insurance and paid whatever balance was due. I received a bill in the mail for one visit for an additional $25 (fast med was not able to tell me why these additional charges were sent to me)and then was put into collections for $78 for a bill I never received??!! I will not be going back to this place, I only went there cause my Dr. Office closed for the day. Made an app online, was told would take 30 mins. Sat there an hour and half past my app time, and the ladies at the front just sat there eating McD's and laughing. Everyone in their waiting room had been told 30-40 mins. Whats the point of even making an app if they aren't going to see you at said time. I want to take back the 1 star I have just cause it wouldn't let me post this with out one.

Lost my lab work,went back and they apparently lost alot of people! Now they aren't taken people in order. Waiting over 2 hrs again

Terrible place if all you need is a Covid test. The staff is friendly, but the guy doctor who saw me was incredibly rude and unprofessional and talked to me in an incredibly condescending manner. I just needed a Covid test so I could be cleared for work after quarantining with Covid for two weeks. He refused to do the rapid test, saying they don't have it, even though it was offered to my roommate when she came in last week. He said "maybe we ran out then." MAYBE? Supposed to return in 3 days for followup (paperwork has the date and Doctor told me also). When went there on that specific day, service was refused by the other doctor present saying the doctor who had seen me is not in the clinic. I had callee before to make sure about which doctor in clinic and was told whoever present will check me out. I suspected that they are turning me away because i arrived at 6:45 pm and the clinique closes at 8 pm. There are two people in the waiting room. Probably that's why they refused. I ca... read more
