RecommendedWhile I had to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment to be seen (pretty much average these days in healthcare facilities) once I got into the exam room things progressed quickly. The nurse & PA were empathetic, professional and knowledgeable. My Rx's were called in and I received confirmation from my pharmacy that they were being filled, so I was able to pick them up with just a few minutes of wait time on my way home. I really like going to Fastmed Urgent to save on time and it’s closer to my house. The staff is always nice and friendly as well as the doctors. I want to end this with thank you and keep being available for patients in need.
I was tested for COVID and I really enjoyed my experience there. The front desk was receptive and very professional as well as the physician assistant. The doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as well. I would highly recommend FastMed Urgent in Garner to others.
