daughter went in this morning to test for strep. After initial nurse vital check, nurse came back and handled her handwritten note on how God and save her from depression. WTH? When Dr came in she asked for nurses name and he replied "I don't know" . She asked for him to clarify meds she was being prescribed and he told her if she wanted to feel better she just needs to take them. Whole experience was awful and very unprofessional.

Doctor Mark and the nurse were professional however : The extremely rude and loud receptionist totally embarrassed a man who brought his children in for care by screaming “is this Medicaid “ we don’t take Medicaid sorry. It was rude not necessary and I felt sorry for that father. She was loud and speaking about unprofessional things entire time I was in lobby and then I could hear her from my exam room. PARENTS BE AWARE! "Dr Mark" under dosed my son's antibiotic. Only found out because I took him to his pediatrician when after almost 4 days on the antibiotic he was showing zero improvement. Now my son has to be put on another antibiotic for an additional 10 days because of "Dr Mark's" mistake. It's truly a shame when you trust these professionals to take care of you and your family and something like this happens.

Booked an appointment for 5:30. Was there for over three hours. The nurse and doctor was very nice though. Will not be back though.

Maybe if they liked their job they would treat people better and with a bit of respect! the entire office staff is rude and disrespectful. i wouldn't go back to this place if it was the last place around.

We checked in at 11:15am on 6-6-2021. It is now 1:33pm and we are STILL waiting to see the doctor. It was 1.5 hours in the waiting room and now almost 40 minutes in the room and the doctor JUST came in. They are not crowded. There isn’t a million people here. Over all, the staff IS friendly, they are just incredibly slow.

I was referred by another fast med for a blood test for blood clots. I arrived and was taken back right away. Keep in mind, they knew I was coming and only needed blood drawn. I sat there in the room for 30 minutes and I stuck my head out and said have you forgotten about me? Finally after waiting 40 minutes the girl came in, was very apologetic. She stated they had 7 people come in. Of course my husband ,out in the car stated yes, AFTER you did. She drew my blood, put the tourniquet around my arm four different times befor... read more

Scheduled an appointment online & completed all of my pre-registration online for a 6:15 appointment. Arrived at 6pm for my appointment greeted by (Denise) who rudely stated “we have an hour and a half wait”. No hello how are you, how may I help you... NOTHING! That was my first impression of this facility. Denise then informed me that none of my pre-registration information had been put into their computer.
