Worst place EVER!!! They lost the best doctor, Dr. Godfrey. This place is like McDonald's, fast drive thru care...without the care! They have lost lots of great people because they are not willing to give personal touch. I'm sure they are plotting to replace their current PAs with robots. They're more concerned with stats than with patience care. I feel for all the new PAs who will not benefit from an experience doctor...something that a text book can't provide. I visited FastMed 3 times. I've had varied experiences. Once was great, the provider listened to my concerns and history. On the second visit, the provider seemed to lack experience... I felt a bit like a case study. Seemed like a new graduate. I understand that we all start somewhere, but I need to have confidence in the person treating me. Third visit, I had the flu. Place is a joke!!! Employees are rude and have no clue!!! Tried to send me to another building as soon as I got there.. don't explain paper work and expect you to jump through hoops when your in pain or hurt!!! Do not trust this place!!!!! You've been warned!!!

If Possible I would give no stars... My wife and I woke our daughter up this morning and she had what looked like a tick attached behind her ear my wife took her to Fast med they didn't open until 5 minutes after the sign said they opened and then told my wife she had to take her to the pediatrician without even looking to see what was wrong.. What kind of Doctors or Nurses would do that especially to a child

An email address?...if you really were concerned, you would have picked up the phone and called the number on my file. That's how a GOOD business SHOULD run .

I went to Fastmed in Garner, NC after incurring shoulder injury at work. As time passed it felt worse and hindered almost anything I did from driving to standing up straight, to sleeping. I believe an apprentice saw me who was nice and professional. He made me do movements with my shoulder, took x-rays, and the doctor then came in and touched my shoulder for about 2 seconds and left. I was seen at the FastMed Urgent Care off NC 42 located in Garner N.C. When i first walked in the door there was a brunette associate sitting at the front desk texting away on her phone. She appeared to be on the job training. She was not giving any patients attention or her trainer. When I was seen by Saige C. PA. She was rude. I requested for specific labs. I asked her how long would it take for them to come back. She didn't know. She left the room to find out. When she returned I asked her if the labs were a separate bill... read more

These people are knuckleheads. I have a kidney transplant and the PA that I saw had no idea how that all worked total baboon. Then prescribed me antibiotics that were totally contra indicated for my situation. And to top it of 1 month later they just randomly charged my debit card an extra $15 for who knows what. Awful service idiot medical staff never even saw an MD there. DO NOT GO IN TO THIS PLACE. If you do your putting your health in the wrong hands.

Im new to NC...need a new family dr so I Called in with several questions regarding whether their office could treat a chronic illness I have. They lady on the phone said they could absolutely treat me and was so sweet, answered all my questions and advised me to be seen at the urgent care for my needs since the family practice waiting time was two weeks and I couldn't wait that long.
