Had a check in at 945 am. Over an hour later I’m still sitting and waiting!
I was seen by a PA who referred me to an orthopedic doctor. When I called the orthopedic office they said I’m sure they did xrays to which I answered no. The orthopedics office said why are they even open to which I replied, “I really don’t know.”
This facility has poor or no management. They are very extremely slow. I strongly recommend not going here if you are in a hurry. If this facility stays open they should rename it. They are not fast and they definitely have no sense of urgency.
if you have 4 hours to wait when there is No one in waiting room before you get called back or after then sure stop by staff is nice which will be handy for the hours of waiting you will be doing
When I came here over 2 hours ago there were only 4 people in front of me. I’ve now been in the lobby alone for over an hour and haven’t been called back. Any new customers who walk in are being told it’s a two hour wait at minimum. Did I mention I’ve been in the lobby by myself for over an hour? You’re better off going to the ER. This place is slow as heck and if they hadn’t insisted on getting payment in advance I would have left already.

They require a credit card and authorization to charge the card if they deem necessary EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE INSURANCE which covers the service! NOT getting and keeping my credit card info to charge whatever you want! I have read horror stories from others who have. Our family has been going here for years but that stopped TODAY! POOR SERVICE. POOR, UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. I will warn others.
I always came here to get one thing and the former management was super nice, had no issues. New management has taken over and now being denied the service I have always gotten. The people are rude and disrespectful. Dont go here!
These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE.
